We had our annual parish picnic again on the Sunday following our Parish Feast, the Elevation of the Holy Cross. Heavy rains in the early morning prevented us from gathering at City Lake Park for our Divine Liturgy and Annual Parish Picnic as we had planned, but Darrell brought his grill to church, and we shared a joyous celebration in spite of the weather.
